Elouiza graduated cum laude from Utrecht University in 2025 with a Master’s degree called ‘Onderneming en Recht’. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelors degree in law with an in-depth honours programme (Utrecht Law College). During her studies, she undertook several internships at various law firms. Furthermore, she worked as a student legal assistant at various law firms, focusing on transport and trade law as well as construction law. Elouiza joined Smallegange Lawyers in December 2025.
